Took this leash out in heavy rain and it wiped clean with a quick rinse, no smell or stiffness after drying. The BioThane coating feels tough but flexible, and the stitching hasn’t budged after daily pulls from my 70-pound dog.
Took this out in a downpour and it wiped clean with one swipe—the BioThane coating is no joke. The webbing feels sturdy but not stiff, and the leash stays flexible even when it's soaked. Exactly what I needed for muddy trail days.
The clip and D-ring are solid enough for serious training work, and the BioThane doesn't hold onto smells after a muddy session. I only wish the handle had a bit more padding for longer reps, but it’s held up fine for three months of weekly pulls.
